How to Create a Brand from Scratch; featuring iGen Investments

Welcome back to the iGen Creative blog! In this article, I'm going to introduce you to a new brand under the iGen umbrella: iGen Investments. As we are a brand agency, I figured the best way to support you was not only by teaching you the strategies we implement, but also to show you them in action. iGen Investments is a new brand I am incredibly passionate about, and one I have big plans to develop over the coming years.


How it started


In 2020, I purchased my first investment property a luxury apartment in the heart of the Mediterranean; North Cyprus. I am extremely fortunate to have some good friends and business connections in that part of the world, so when the opportunity was presented to me and I was in a position to follow through with it, I decided to begin the process of becoming a property investor.



I'm proud to present iGen Investments in partnership with Eylem Sakir of Privileged Estates & Investments & Susanne Rey of Rey Consulting. Eylem and Susanne are both highly sought-out experts in their fields, and together, our goal is to share the possibilities that await in North Cyprus with more global entrepreneurs and investors.


With all that in mind, I met with the property developers and explored some different locations, fully aware of the amazing opportunities there are in North Cyprus for foreign investors. I feel so grateful that I was presented with such a fantastic investment opportunity, and now, I want to do the same for other like-minded individuals.

Ask yourself the following questions

  • What is your brand's purpose?

  • What is your brand's promise?

  • What are your brand's traits?

  • What is your brand story?

  • Lastly, what is your brand's style?
